(2 Times per day and 6 days per week, sunday close)

MORNING :     08h00 - 11h00

AFTERNOON  : 16h00 - 19h00

 

Each training is different; each instructor has his special training techniques.

The course starts with jogging, or skipping rope jumping.

Then you will start with : warm-up, shadow boxing, bag work,  pad work , belt work,

clinch techniques, sparring, muscular exercises, and will end the training with stretching.

 

Possibility for as Student, to fight at Phuket.
